Reunion 2020 has been postponed
A message to Denison alumni from Julie Houpt ’75 and Lori Anger
As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly challenging time for the Denison community. COVID-19 presents a series of unique and complicated public health challenges. Colleges and universities are being asked by public health officials to do our part to flatten the curve of the coronavirus spread. Ohio Governor DeWine has made a series of decisions and orders to implement social distancing in the state. This includes a ban on large gatherings, which includes those taking place on our campus.
With this in mind and with the health of our community as a top priority, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our 2020 Reunion originally scheduled for late May. We have not confirmed a new date just yet. We are currently considering all of our options and expect to provide a decision in early April. We also will provide information to each of you about refunds or rolling over your registration into next year’s event. Updates about Reunion will be posted here as we have them.
You can find additional information about how Denison is responding to the evolving coronavirus situation on the college’s COVID-19 webpage, which is updated regularly.
Thank you for your feedback and patience as we make these difficult decisions. We look forward to seeing you, even if only “virtually,” very soon!
